La carta non dice che è possibile assegnare tutti i doni a tutti i guerrieri, ma tutti i doni GRATIS e SENZA COSTO in Azioni ai guerrieri che li possono ricevere.

Credo che l'alleanza dell'oscura legione stia ai doni come l'alleanza cybertronic sta agli equipaggiamenti e che qualsiasi in questo caso sottointenda possono usare (eccetto restrizioni specifiche...es. quelli assegnabili solo agli eretici).
Personalmente, io l'ho sempre interpretata in questo modo.

No, IMO, l'Alleanza dice che puoi assegnare i Doni GRATIS a chi li può ricevere. Le restrizioni vanno rispettate.
La carta non dice che i guerrieri possono usare tutti i Doni.
Il fatto che ci sia scritto "assegnare tutti i Doni ai guerrieri dell'Oscura Legione" vuole dire che i Doni li assegni, ai guerrieri che li possono ricevere, senza spendere azioni. IMO!
Per i Varchi, abbiamo già risposto: no!
I Varchi devono essere evocati, e poi assegnati.

Fabio ma secondo me, per intenderla come dici tu, basterebbe che ci fosse stato scritto: "puoi assegnare le carte dell'O.S. ai tuoi guerrieri dell'O.L. senza costo di azioni o D...", mentre invece con il termine "qualsiasi carta dell'O.S. ai tuoi guerrieri dell'O.L. in qualunque momento senza consto di azioni o D...", sta ad indicare che le restrizioni per gli Apostoli non esistono più con questa carta in gioco.
Altrimenti spiegami in modo esauriente il motivo del termine "qualsiasi", che secondo te è usato come termine generale e non specifico.
